Welcome to the wonderful world of sugar, flour, butter, cream and chocolate...add some salt, love and patience, and beautifully delicious cakes are born.

Living and working in Jackson Hole, Wyoming is the perfect back drop for producing elegant, fun, and creative desserts for an active clientele who desires quality workmanship, fresh ingredients and an exciting approach to food.

Teton Mountain Lodge & Spa is located at the base of Jackson Hole Mountain Resort and is the home of the newly renovated Spur Restaurant and Bar. Under the influence of Executive Chef Kevin Humphreys, I have had the pleasure, opportunity, and freedom of producing plated desserts, breads, ice creams and cakes since 2001.

Spur is a very popular apres ski destination and Chef Kevin has received many accolades in the 2009-2012 Peoples Choice Awards. Our culinary team strives for unique flavors, beautiful presentations and a healthy approach to food using local mushrooms, tomatoes, cheese and meat as well as hormone free eggs and dairy.

Spur is a young and progressive kitchen having the desire to surprise guests with simple and sophisticated food such as homemade pastrami, sausages and shiitake bacon to housemade chocolate hazelnut "kitkats", huckleberry brioche and pomegranate ginger sorbet.
